I have to sit for long hours in front of the screen due to the nature of my work resulting in strain on the neck and back. Dr. Pradnya through a series of questions on my lifestyle,food habits ,nature,sleep pattern etc analysed the issue and suggested their special Abhyanga which relaxed my stiff neck n back. She also suggested some dietary changes n exercise to reduce the problem further. I have also tried their rice potali facial which is good.
